[New Game] Ikémen Vampire – Add Friends

Dear all, especially fellow Chapters readers,

I am introducing a new game which I am still playing now. I tend to get bored of games easily yet I have played this for 167 days (almost 6 months! wow!) to date, as I am just told by the app. 😆

If you like to read as I do, enjoy interactive stories where you can make decisions (fellow Chapters readers XD), like romance stories or if you like otome games, then I think you will enjoy this game. 😆

This game, Ikémen Vampire is considered an otome game.

Otome games are stories based games for women, and one of the aims in the game is to develop a romantic relationship with the male characters, not all at a go but each individual character has a love story with you.

This game is not like a reverse harem story game because the relationships and stories are one versus one. If you prefer more of reverse harem, there is another game which I will introduce another time. 😉

I am concurrently playing five otome games now, down from eight so yeah, I still have quite a few to share in days to come, so follow me on this blog if you have yet to, so that you will be notified by email when I make a new post. 😊

Before I start, as this game developer is particular about sharing game assets, I am minimising the number of images that I share so there won’t be any story shown.

There are a few ikémen games from this developer and I have played all that’s available in the Apple app store. I wish there was more. Deleted two of them after playing for a while as I don’t find the stories that interesting or captivating, especially since I am also playing other games and they simply aren’t interesting enough to make me want to spend part of my time on them everyday. I am currently still playing two of them, including this.

This game has more ratings in the app store than the other but I actually prefer the other game to this. However, as I need friends for this game, I decided to share this first. My friends list is already full in the other game. 😝

Ikémen Vampire is a story game where you go back into the past and meet several male characters, and stay in a mansion with them. They are all well known figures in our time and are supposed to be dead but they are not. They have come back to life as vampires and you have to stay with all of them for a period of time, until you are able to return to your time, which is now.

What will happen between you and each of them during that time? 🥰

This is the main screen that you will see after you have downloaded and opened the app.

There are no complicated things you need to do to play the game or sign up for an account, as you can use and link existing accounts that you most probably already have.

If you just want to try this game out, you can just tap to start the game and link your account later on when you feel like you want to keep your progress.

So long as you don’t delete the app, your progress will be kept. I didn’t have any issues since I didn’t link my account till I had to change to a new phone. 😂 Looking at the amount of time I have played, I did not link it for around 2 months.

However, if you are worried, or want to make sure your progress is kept, you can do so right at the main page by clicking on Link Account.

Download Data Again is for when you have trouble loading the game or there is no sound etc.

Once you tap to start, you will be led here. Here, you can scroll through to view the different characters, their introduction and profiles.

Remember to turn on your sound because you will be able to hear the voices of the male characters. They are all speaking in Japanese but the subtitles are in English so even if you can’t understand Japanese, you will still understand their sweet nothings. 😉

These are the 12 characters in the game who you can choose from. Not sure if the developer will increase the number in future as per the other game, but 12 guys are enough to keep you occupied. 😝

As there are way too many things to mention, I will go into details as a quick tips guide in the next post or if it’s too long, I might break them into parts because as I type, I often think of new things to add on.

For now, I need friends, like at least 20 more friends to make my friends list full. You can have a maximum of 50 friends and by greeting them everyday, you will receive Gold which is essential for the game.
