This app, Milieu is a legit GPT surveys app that is very different from the usual surveys site.

Surveys:
It is quite a unique surveys app.
I would say that the interface is very friendly and cute. Also, on this app, so long as you receive a survey in your account, you can definitely do it and receive the points. This means that you won’t have to suffer through the qualifying questions, over and over again, to eventually be disqualified.
At first I thought that so long you get a survey, you can complete it. However, I just did one which I did not qualify for so it was not completed but I received 50 points for it, together with the relevant bonus points for the boosts. I believe this is very rare as this is the 7th week I have been doing surveys here and it’s the first time I came across one survey that I cannot complete.
The surveys questions are also very different and unique, which most of the time are short and sweet, and I believe most of us will enjoy, from the way the questions are asked. π They usually take about 2-3 minutes for a short survey and 7-8 minutes for a longer one.

It is kind of stressed-free when you answer the surveys on this app, meaning you don’t have to rack your brains too much.
Hot Topics and Quizzes:
Other than the surveys, there are also polls (Hot Topics) and Quizzes where you can also receive a standard amount of points for taking part in them.
All these can be completed when you want to or when you are free. They are usually very short, like 2 questions to around 8 questions.
Milieu Proof Of Payment:
I made a withdrawal of $20 via PayNow with 18500 points on 31 July, and received an email saying that I will receive it within 10 Working Days (excluding weekends and PH).
I received the payment in my bank account on 4 August. Thus, it took 4 working days to reach me. π

Boosts (Badges) and Streak Boosts:
They also have boosts and streak boosts that gives you extra points, which differs accordingly when you attain certain badges and accumulated points. It can be as high as 30% which however, takes time to reach. Just tap on your Badge (Medal-like icon) to understand more.
All you have to do to get the streak boost is to complete either 2 surveys, hot topics or quizzes within 7 days and you can unlock the streak boost. Your streak expires every week so you just have to make sure that you do at least 2 activities to keep it.
They always update new activities so you don’t have to worry about losing your streak because there is nothing left to do. At least I have not had that issue.
There are 5 different levels for Boosts (badge), namely Explorer, Bronze (3%), Silver (5%), Gold (10%) and Platinum (15%). You can reach these by accumulating points, 5000 points = Bronze and 60000 points = Platinum.
When you reach at least Bronze, you will notice that when you get rewarded with points, you will have two extras bonus, which are the Streak Boost and the level Boost (eg. Bronze level boost of +3%)
Boosts are calculated based on total accumulated points so even if you redeemed your points, it will not affect your boosts or your badge. The amount of referral points you receive (for joining and referrals) also does not make up the total points for your badges.
During special festivals, like Hari Raya that just passed, there are special boosts and quizzes for your surveys which you can receive a higher boost and more points during that time. (eg. Enjoy 10% boost and an exclusive special bonus of 50 points on all Hari Raya related activity.) They aren’t a lot but they do add up over time.
There is another Bonus given which you should note. This is the Loyalty Bonus, where you will see Rockets symbols at the corner of some of the Hot Topics. These, when attempted gives you way higher points like 35 to 60 points. On top of that, you will also receive a Loyalty bonus of 5%.
Cons of Milieu Surveys App:
The downside of this app is that you won’t be getting surveys as frequently as you like. You will usually receive two surveys every two to three days, which you can complete at your own time.
Yes, even if you exit the survey halfway, you can still complete it later. I tried. π
Therefore you cannot suddenly decide that you want to do many at a go.
Redemptions/ Withdrawals:
Donations
As for redemption, there are many choices. You can either donate your points to charity, choose vouchers to redeem them with, or opt for withdrawal via PayNow!
This is definitely what makes them different from other apps and GPT sites. AttaPoll also has a donation scheme for withdrawals but Milieu is more localised.
The minimum for a donation is 5000 points (SGD$5) and these are where you can donate your earnings to.
5000 pts = $5

Vouchers
For vouchers, the minimum is 10,500 points (SGD$10). You can exchange for Giant, 7-11, GrabFood, GrabGifts, Cold Storage, Best Denki, Jasons and Guardian’s $10 vouchers.
There is a new addition of the $20 IKEA voucher which is quite worth it, as you only need 17,500 points to exchange for.
Cash Withdrawals
The minimum for PayNow is also 10,500 points (SGD$10) but I think it is more worthed to save up to 18,500 points to withdraw SGD$20, if you want to use PayNow, which is what I have done.
Upon reaching the required amount, the button to redeem it will turn blue.
1. Click on your desired amount > Select Claim
2. Then you enter Registered PayNow Mobile Number (Make sure you have already registered your mobile number with a bank. This is not the same as PayLah!)
3. Submit and double check your Email and PayNow mobile number
4. Submit to confirm and you will receive an email notifying you that your redemption will be credited within 10 working days
When you check your points after redemption, you will notice the reduced amount. However, your total points date will still be intact. You can also see the redemption reflected under Ledger.
Help Center:
To locate Help Center for any issues, click on the middle “human” icon at the bottom of your app.
Top right corner > ? (Question Mark)
Click on that and you can see commonly asked questions, or search for a question.
If you need to contact them, go into most of those solutions, you should see a Contact Us button in blue within the solution. You can then proceed to Submit A Ticket.
Currently I don’t see any direct shortcuts to Submit a ticket other than through the solutions.
I find it easy and stress free to earn points in this app till now, even though it’s not exactly a fast way of earning dollars, compared to other apps.
The best thing about this app is also that it is available both on Apple App store and Google Play store.
